By accessing or using Subtribe's platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service
Subtribe provides an AI-powered hiring platform that enables:
- Employers to screen and rank job applicants using AI analysis
- Employers to create shareable job application links for candidates
- AI-powered matching of resumes against job requirements with explanations
- Candidate pipeline management with status tracking and notes
Subtribe is a tool for employers and recruiters. Job seekers interact with the platform only when applying through employer-generated application links.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse the platform or other users
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the platform for discriminatory hiring practices
- Scrape or collect data without authorization
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Use automated systems to submit applications without disclosure
5. Job Applications
5.1 Application Submission
When submitting job applications through our platform:
- You confirm all information provided is accurate and truthful
- You authorize the sharing of your information with the hiring company
- You understand applications are subject to review by the employer
- You acknowledge receipt of an application does not guarantee employment
5.2 Resume and Documents
By uploading resumes and other documents:
- You confirm you have the right to share the content
- You grant us permission to store and process the documents
- You understand the documents will be shared with potential employers
- You acknowledge we accept PDF and image files (JPG, PNG) only
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Subtribe and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and share your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and processing practices.
8. Subscription and AI Credits
8.1 Plans and Pricing
Subtribe offers multiple subscription plans, including a free tier. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits used for resume screening. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our website.
8.2 AI Credits
- AI credits are consumed when processing resumes through our AI screening system
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Additional credits may be purchased separately
- Credit usage and balance are visible in your account dashboard
8.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund by contacting us and providing feedback on what went wrong
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- The free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely within its limits
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9.2 Employment Disclaimer
Subtribe is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not:
- Guarantee employment or job placement
- Make hiring decisions
- Verify the accuracy of employer or job seeker information
- Endorse or recommend specific candidates or employers
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Failure to obtain employment
- Actions taken by employers or other users
- Interruption or unavailability of the Service
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subtribe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the platform
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Surat, Gujarat, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
For users in the United States, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
